Ms. Borich is currently Executive Director of the Rockford Region Economic Development District in Rockford, Illinois. As developer of the Engaged Planning Community Diagnostic Tool for her Ph.D., she hopes to help communities become better empowered with their planning implementation efforts. Her Masters is in Urban and Regional Planning with the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, and her Bachelor of Science degree is in Community and Regional Planning with a Minor in Design Studies from Iowa State University. As an avid cabin-goer, Roma troubadour, and fine artist she finds time to travel and explore the world as well.
